AST Private Company Solutions (AST PCS) has partnered with HC Global Funds Services to receive fund administration services for accelerator, venture and private equity funds on its Astrella platform.
The recently launched Astrella capitalisation table and ownership data management platform, developed by AST PCS, utilises private blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics to provide audit-ready ownership tracking.
The platform can be integrated with fund administration service providers such as HC Global to ensure the efficient reporting of fund data.
